    Comments: For 20 years, I've had back pain and issues that suddenly pop up debilitating me. So, I've cut back on trips, exercises, long road trips and more. I've seen Dr. Beachum since May 2024. He prepared my back for a trip to Europe. I had no back pain for 4 weeks. I went to four countries by train, walked up and down stairs, and averaged 15,000 steps a day.
