    Comments: About 7 weeks ago an MRI confirmed I had a L4-5 herniated disc. After doing stretching exercises for the last 6 weeks I suddenly saw dramatic improvements, especially the week prior to my scheduled visit with Dr Beacham. Noting this improvement he suggested I wait a few more weeks to see how it goes, and not take the scheduled steroid injection. So glad he did as I continue to improve without an injection. He gave me tons of good advise and answered all my questions (at least 20). Nice guy
